How to use Scrivener
To use Scrivener, you first need to install it on your computer. Once it’s installed, open it up and click on the “File” menu item. From here, you can select “New Project.” This will create a new project file. You can name this project whatever you want, but we recommend using a name that is descriptive of what the project will contain. For example, if you’re creating a novel, we recommend naming your project “My Novel.” Once you’ve named your project, click on the “Project” tab and select “New Scene.” This will create a new scene in your project. You can add as many scenes as you want to your project. Once you’ve created all of the scenes that you want in your project, click on the “Scene” tab and select “Save.” This will save your scene file in the Scrivener folder on your computer. Next, you’ll need to create a new document in Scrivener. To do this, open up the document that you saved from the Scene tab and click on the “New Document” button. This will open up a new document in Scrivener with that scene loaded into it. From here, you can start writing!
