How to use Workflowy

To start using Workflowy, you first need to create an account. Once you have an account, you can create a new workflow. To create a new workflow, click on the “New” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Next, you will need to choose a name for your workflow. You can choose any name that you want, but we recommend that you choose a name that is easy to remember.

After you have chosen a name for your workflow, you will need to decide what type of workflow you want to create. There are three types of workflows that are available on Workflowy: tasks, projects, and notes.

To create a task, click on the “Tasks” button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Next, you will need to choose what type of task you want to create: action or list. Action tasks are simple tasks that require one or more actions to be completed. List tasks are similar to action tasks, but they allow users to add multiple items as part of the task.

To create a project, click on the “Projects” button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Next, you will need to choose what type of project you want to create: list or project with due dates. List projects allow users to add items as part of the project and then specify when each item should be completed. Project with due dates allows users to specify when each item should be completed and also specifies when the project should be finished.

To create a note, click on the “Notes” button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Next, you will need to decide what type of note you want to create: list or note with attachments. List notes allow users to add items as part of the note and then specify when each item should be completed. Note with attachments allows users to attach files (such as photos) as part of their note and then specify when each item should be completed
